World Series Preview

Lars the Greek - Cobb Times Herald

We are down to the final two teams, and both are juggernauts. Omaha had the second best record in the NL, finishing one game behind Louisville at 113-49. Anaheim was the AL's #1 seed with a 112-50 record. Both teams boast loaded lineups, rotations, and bullpens. There really isn't any major difference between the two. Truly these are two top caliber teams in anyones book. Anaheim has the home field advantage. Lars says that it is the tipping balance and puts the edge in the Sharks favor.

Pick: Sharks in 7. These teams are equal, but with the powerful rotations I expect lots of pitchers duels, with being able to bat last being a major factor.
